Step 1: Complete Your Survey
Fill out our quick Preliminary Driver Survey using the link below to get started.
Step 2: Phone Interview
Click the link below and text the word “Schedule” to our management team. We’ll set up a quick 10-minute call to review your survey responses, discuss the opportunity, and answer any questions you might have.
Step 3: Complete Your Paperwork
Review and complete the Driver Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, and Vehicle Inspection form. Have questions? Call us at 833-443-2863.
FYI, We will accept PDF digital submission for the inspection form as well.
Step 4: Download & Upload
Download the Neighborly Rideshare Driver app (available on iOS and Android), create your account, and upload the following documents:
Driver’s license
Vehicle insurance
Vehicle registration
Please also provide your email so we can initiate your background check.
Once we’ve received everything, our team will review your documents and reach out if any additional information is needed.
Step 5: Live Paid Training & Evaluation
Schedule your live training and evaluation session with management — and yes, you'll be paid for your time! Please note you will be taking real scheduled rides with one-on-one training in the field with our trainers.
